So I live in Utah again! We moved here at the end of June so I attend school at Neumont University. It's a very hands on computer science school that works very closely with Microsoft and IBM.
We have also been hiking a lot since we got up here. We have gone hiking up at Brighton Ski Resort a lot. It is very beautiful there, check out the photo gallery for pictures of it.
I have also been helping Paula Tuck out with a website for her Michaela Petition. The state of Utah has roughly 1 nurse to every 6,127 students. Ideally, the ratio should be 1 nurse to every 750 children. This is a very serious threat to the safety of our children and it would only cost about $56 more a year in taxes per household. Please visit the site and support this cause!
I am also doing some freelance web design so if you need a small website built, please email me and we can try to work something out. My rates are very reasonable.

So by now Laura and I are happily married. We went to Sandals Grande Ocho Rios in Jamaica for the honeymoon. We had TONS of fun and met some really cool people there! I also uploaded all the pictures from the wedding and the honeymoon to my gallery. While in Jamaica, we were "hit" by hurricane Emily and it caused the airport to close the day we were supposed to leave so we got to stay there an extra 4 nights .
As soon as I got back from the honeymoon, I started my new job at SBC as a tier 2 tech. support agent. We are still in the middle of mandatory overtime, so I am working 50 hours a week. Gets kinda tedious, but the pay helps out.
I did sell the Mustang and got a 2003 Ford F-250 crew cab King Ranch with a 6.0L Powerstroke diesel. I love this thing! I have a few pictures, I need to take some better ones after I wash it someday.
Nothing else new really, I've just been working constantly and that's about it. Been working on some behind the scenes stuff on the site though. Nothing to change anytime soon though, I don't have enough time.

I'm back. Again, it's been a while. Laura and I are pumped for the wedding. More info about the wedding can be found at www.lauraandmike.net. That site hasn't been updated in a while either . Anyways, it's going to be a very fun two weeks. There will be lots of alcohol
I'm in my second semester at UT since I've come back. I love it but I hate it at the same time. I'm in an Algorithms class as well as another semester of Calculus and first semester German. Not too bad, but it isn't fun either. Coming back from Spring Break was tough though. The week off really made me lazy . I'll make it though.
I recently moved my site from Midphase to a server controlled by my friend Matt. He has very good rates and the server is quick, check him out. www.tkatx.com. I finally got everything setup, I was having issues getting Gallery running on 2003 Server but figured it out. Lots of issues with permissions and getting the image toolkit to work with it. Also added an uploader to the site and I am not trying to get Download Control to work right. Downloads keep timing out through DC but work fine via direct link or FTP.
Last thing, help me make some money while you make money yourself. If you haven't seen it before, sign up at Netbux. It's a pay to search thing, not a scam. You do up to 40 searches with them everyday and get paid $0.02 per search. Adds up to ~$24 a month. Also when you refer people, you get paid $0.02 for each of their searches so you effectively double your money there. Hook me up Also, get a free iPod Shuffle at www.freeipodshuffle.com. Sign up and refer 3 people and get one for free. These are all legit !
Thats all for now, I'm getting bored with this . See ya in 5 months.

Happy New Years! Goodbye to 2004, hello to 2005. I'm thinking 2005 is going to be a good year eventhough this New Years Eve has been VERY boring here in L.A. I hate California, the arm pit of the entire world. Bosnia is more apealing than California. Oh well, the Rose Bowl is here and I'm here to watch Michigan stomp Texas. Yes, I do realize I go to school at Texas. Michigan is and will always be my #1 team though.
Cliff notes:
1.) I miss Laura so very much 2.) Michigan Wolverines > Texas Longhorns 3.) * > California

Hmm, it's been a while. I've been very busy lately since Laura and I just moved into our new house and classes are nearing their end. I added Gallery to my site, very cool picture album software. Haven't really added any pictures to it yet though. You can check out the album here.
Like I said above, we moved into a new house. It is so nice, we're finally getting everything arranged as we like it. I have all the blinds installed on the first floor, going to finish the second floor blinds tonight. We still need to unpack a lot of boxes and also move some misc. stuff over from the old house and clean the old one as well. I do have some pictures of the house before we moved in though, check them out here. I will get pictures with furniture in when I can.
School's finally wrapping up for the semester so I'm glad about that. Next semester will be better, I'm getting back into German and starting some of the more advanced computer science courses . Hopefully my finals this semester won't be too bad .

So yeah, I got my update script 100% done and I integrated my new guestbook into the site. Please sign it, there are a lot of OT smiles in it too .
Anyways, I'm so glad it's the weekend. I am trick or treating with the kids tomorrow night AND Sunday night, they are gonna get hooked up with candy. Laura is also busy as hell cooking everything you can imagine for Halloween .
Oh yeah, go to www.urksum.com and sign up and post!! We need more members!
I'm out, I'll update again sometime this weekend.

Well, I updated my site again. Been learning php and made an updater for me, makes it MUCH easier. Unfortunatly though, in the process of testing it I wrote over all my previous updates . Later I found out it was a stupid Monday detail that messed my stuff up; I had typed in newline instead of newLine . Oh well, I fixed it all and now I have a clean slate to work with.
Anyways, like I said about, I've been learning php and also some javascript. I made a really cool guestbook and am about to put it on the site. I'm also in the middle of writing up a website for Laura and my wedding. www.lauraandmike.net
Another project I'm working on is www.urksum.com with my friend Matt. I created the imagemap for the front page and used some javascript to check the resolution size to match with the image. I'm also helping him with the administration of the forum.
On another subject, I'm back at The University of Texas studying Computer Science. This semester I took a Java, logic, calculus and history class. Not too bad so far, Java class was harder than I anticipated. Next semester I am going to be taking a data structures class along with another logics class and German I and another calculus course .
On yet another subject, if you didn't find out from my link above, Laura and I are engaged. We have set a date to get married on July 3rd next year. We are VERY excited and our life together has been getting better and better every day. We are actually going to be closing on a house next month, so things are going very good .
Well anyways, I'm off to put that new guestbook on the site. I'll update again soon, I promise!
